Please return the items to us within 14 days of our despatch date, with your original receipt and we will offer you an exchange or refund providing goods are new and unused. New and unused means there are no marks on the item or wear on the tags and the item has been returned to us in its saleable condition. Flirtatious Limited will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed.
For hygienic purposes, returns/exchanges on swimwear and lingerie cannot be accepted
There are no refunds or exchanges on Sale items
Hosiery is non returnable if the packaging has been opened in any way
We can only exchange an item for a different size, style, and colour subject to our stock availability. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check back at head office
When returning goods please be aware that the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us. We advise that you request proof of postage from the post office when returning goods, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are broken or lost during return transit. Please note that the cost of returning goods is at your expense.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund provided we receive proof of purchase and your return is made within 14 days of receipt. In this case, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods by first or second class post.
Please note: If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss proceedings. Flirtatious Limited reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged.
Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. if you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.
Ordering from Flirtatious OnlineThe display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and flirtatious limited shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are avaliable at the prices specified.
If items that you order are out of stock, subject to delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or recieve no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.
Pricing
All prices include VAT at the current rates. Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set.
Payment
Payment can be made online by Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Switch debit cards using the secure WORLDPAY gateway, you can also pay via the secure PAYPAL gateway. The debit/credit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order. By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person reffered to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referrred to in the billing details.
Accessing the website is entirely at your risk. We are not responsible to you if we ae unable to provide our Internet services for any reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to ammend errors, make changes to our website, withdraw any part of our site or to update product information at any time we consider it necessary.
